Investigation of Climate Change Policy Implementation in Developing Countries
Brief description of study.
The larger goal of this study is to advance knowledge on climate change policy using insights from organizational theory that help illustrate the added value of looking inside bureaucracies. Specifically, the purpose is to understand the mechanisms through which public management characteristics and procedures inside municipalities in developing countries may causally affect the delivery of climate change adaptation and mitigation measures.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how public management characteristics and procedures inside municipalities in developing countries affect the delivery of climate change adaptation and mitigation measures. This study uses insights from organizational theory to understand these mechanisms.
Participants will be involved in examining the internal processes of bureaucracies to identify how they can influence climate change policies. This involves looking into the management practices and decision-making procedures within municipal organizations.
