Brief description of study.

The purpose of the study is developing a new test platform for use in the CLIA-waived setting this new system will have test cartridges that may be used as an aid in diagnosis of respiratory and gastrointestinal illnesses.

The purpose of the study is developing a new test platform for use in the CLIA-waived setting this new system will have test cartridges that may be used as an aid in diagnosis of respiratory and gastrointestinal illnesses.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: respiratory infection,gastroenteritis
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates a diagnostic test platform for use in settings with CLIA waivers. The test platform includes cartridges that help diagnose respiratory and gastrointestinal illnesses. CLIA waivers allow certain tests to be performed in non-laboratory settings, such as clinics or doctors' offices, where they can be used easily and safely.

Participants in this study will use the test platform to provide samples that will be analyzed for signs of respiratory and gastrointestinal illnesses. The study will evaluate how well the test platform works in identifying these illnesses.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with symptoms of respiratory or gastrointestinal illnesses.
  • Study details: Participants will provide samples using the test platform for analysis. The study will focus on evaluating the effectiveness of the platform in diagnosing illnesses.
