Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates how middle school students learn computing and programming together. By focusing on collaborative learning, the research aims to promote fairness and diversity in computer science education. Collaborative learning means working together to understand computing concepts and solve problems, which can help students learn from each other.

Participants will engage in activities that involve computing and programming tasks. These activities are designed to be completed in groups, allowing students to share ideas and strategies. The study will observe how different students work together and how this affects their learning of computer science concepts.

  • Who can participate: The study is open to middle school students who are currently enrolled in computer science classes. Participants should be willing to engage in group learning activities.
  • Study details: Participants will take part in group computing and programming activities. These activities are designed to encourage sharing of ideas and problem-solving strategies among students.
