Brief description of study.

This is an expanded access treatment protocol for a single subject. The expanded access treatment program is for an investigational drug called brincidofovir (also known as CMX001) or "BCV" for short. The expanded access treatment program with BCV is being proposed to the subject as an experimental option for the treatment of the subject's virus infection.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Adenovirus Infection
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the use of an investigational medication for the treatment of a virus infection. The investigational medication is being offered as an experimental option to a single subject through an expanded access treatment program.

The study involves administering the investigational medication to the subject to assess its effects on the viral infection. Expanded access treatment is a way to provide experimental drugs to patients with serious conditions who do not have other treatment options.

  • Who can participate: This program is designed for a single subject with a virus infection for which no other treatment options are available. Age criteria may apply if specified.
  • Study details: The participant will receive the investigational medication as part of the expanded access treatment program, which is an investigational approach to treatment.
