The purpose of this study is to set up study groups to help early childhood teachers develop critical media literacy curricula and explore its potential for helping young children - 3- to 8- year-olds - respond productively to a world filled with popular animated films, television, video games, and other media.

The purpose of this study is to set up study groups to help early childhood teachers develop critical media literacy curricula and explore its potential for helping young children - 3- to 8- year-olds - respond productively to a world filled with popular animated films, television, video games, and other media.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to explore how early childhood teachers can develop critical media literacy curricula. This study investigates how such curricula can help young children, aged 3 to 8 years, engage with popular media like animated films, television, and video games in a productive way.

Participants in this study will be involved in study arms that focus on creating and implementing media literacy programs. These programs aim to educate children on understanding and responding to various forms of media.
