The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the association between medication synchronization and per-member-per-month (PMPM) total healthcare costs in a nationwide sample of Medicare beneficiaries using files designated as Research Identifiable Files (RIF) by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
