The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the crisis situation types and organizational apology types on forgiveness from a cross-national perspective.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates how different types of crisis situations and organizational apologies affect forgiveness. The study aims to understand these effects from a cross-national perspective, meaning it looks at how people from different countries respond.

Participants will be exposed to various crisis scenarios and types of apologies. The study will measure their forgiveness levels to see how different factors influence forgiveness.

  • Study details: Participants will be presented with different crisis scenarios and organizational apologies. They will then be asked to evaluate their feelings of forgiveness.
