ACL TOP 970 CL Analyzer Controls and Reagent Multi-Site Reproducibility Study with HemosIL CL HIT-IgG Reagents.
Investigation of Laboratory Precision and Reproducibility
Brief description of study.
The purpose of this study is to compare site specific estimates of repeatability and within-laboratory precision for consistency for each of the participating sites for the reagents and the controls; to establish an estimate of reproducibility from the combined dataset for the reagents and the controls; and to establish performance ACL TOP 970 CL analyzer using these reagents and controls.
Detailed description of study
The purpose of this study is to compare site specific estimates of repeatability and within-laboratory precision for consistency for each of the participating sites for the reagents and the controls; to establish an estimate of reproducibility from the combined dataset for the reagents and the controls; and to establish performance ACL TOP 970 CL analyzer using these reagents and controls.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Healthy
-
Age: 100 years or below
-
Gender: All
The purpose of this study is to compare the precision and consistency of laboratory tests across different sites. This involves evaluating how repeatable the results are within each laboratory and how reproducible they are across all participating sites. The study will use specific reagents and controls to assess these factors.
Participants in the study will be involved in using the ACL TOP 970 CL analyzer, which is a device used to perform laboratory tests. The study will gather data on how well the analyzer performs with the chosen reagents and controls, ensuring that results are consistent and reliable.
- Who can participate: The study focuses on laboratory equipment, specifically the ACL TOP 970 CL analyzer, and does not involve human participants.
- Study details: The study will utilize the ACL TOP 970 CL analyzer with specific reagents and controls to test the precision and reproducibility of laboratory results. No placebo is involved in this study.
