We want to better understand children's early math skills, including their ability to work on number and pattern activities.
Detailed description of study
Children come to the university for three sessions that each last between 30-45 minutes. During the sessions, children will complete number and pattern games and receive a brief lesson on pattern tasks.

Inclusion Criteria
Eligible participants will be children between the ages of 4 and 9.
This study investigates early math skills in children, focusing on their ability to work with numbers and patterns. Math skills include understanding numbers, counting, and recognizing patterns, which are important for children's cognitive development.
During the study, children will participate in number and pattern games and receive a short lesson on pattern tasks. These activities are designed to engage children and help researchers learn more about how children understand math concepts.
