The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Taekwondo activity for health benefits among veterans.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Retired Veteran

Inclusion Criteria:
The inclusion criteria for the participants are that they (a) are retired veterans; (b) over 18 years old; and (c) have not participated in Taekwondo before.
Exclusion Criteria:
Any veterans participate in this program regardless of their disabled conditions.
This study investigates the effectiveness of Taekwondo activity for health benefits among veterans. Taekwondo is a form of martial arts that includes physical movements and techniques aimed at improving physical fitness and mental well-being.
Participants in the study will engage in Taekwondo sessions to assess its impact on their health. The study will monitor various health indicators to evaluate the benefits of this martial art practice.
