You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

The purpose of this study is to investigate better ways for people with chronic kidney disease to manage their health. Chronic kidney disease is a condition where the kidneys are damaged and cannot filter blood as well as they should. This study involves using a specially designed pill bottle with an electric cap to monitor medication use.
Participants will complete surveys and use the pill bottle for two months. If eligible, they will continue using the pill bottle for 12 more weeks. During this time, they will receive weekly education either on chronic kidney disease care or training on SystemCHANGE, which is a method to help improve health behaviors.
- Who can participate: Participants must have chronic kidney disease, be able to use a specially designed pill bottle, and meet age criteria.
