Observational Disease Registry of Patients Treated with Systemic Mold-Active Triazoles
Study on Management of Invasive Fungal Infections
Brief description of study.
This study seeks to describe representative real-world patterns of care for the management of invasive fungal infections (IFIs) ,including invasive mold infection (IMI). Specifically, the study goals are to examine real world patient characteristics and treatment patterns, associated healthcare resource utilization, and outcomes associated with use of mold-active triazoles (MATs) to treat IFIs.

Inclusion Criteria
Initiating one of the following target drugs: ISAV, VORI, POSA. Patients may be enrolled within 60 days from the time of treatment initiation
Exclusion Criteria
Currently enrolled in any clinical trial with an investigational antifungal agent. Individuals who subsequently enroll in an investigational antifungal study will be discontinued and data collected up to the time of investigational product will be evaluable.
Retrospective patients who died before entering the study.
Patients who previously participated in this registry.
This study investigates the management of invasive fungal infections (IFIs), including invasive mold infections (IMI). The purpose is to understand real-world patient characteristics and treatment patterns using mold-active triazoles (MATs). Invasive fungal infections are serious diseases caused by fungi that invade tissues, and mold-active triazoles are a type of antifungal medication used to treat them.
The study will look at how these medications are used in real-world settings and their effects on healthcare resources and patient outcomes. Participants will not receive any payment for taking part in this study.
- Who can participate: Adults who have started treatment with specific mold-active triazoles within the last 60 days can participate. Individuals currently in a research study for an investigational antifungal or those who have participated in this registry before are not eligible.
- Study details: Participants will be observed for their treatment patterns and healthcare usage. The study will not involve any experimental treatments. A placebo is not used in this study.
