This study investigates the impact of COVID-19 on individuals who identify as African American/Black or Hispanic/Latino. COVID-19 has disproportionately affected these communities, and researchers aim to understand and address this disparity by collecting data from diverse racial and ethnic groups.
Participants will be asked questions about their health, current medications, and COVID-19 status or exposure. Blood samples will be collected four times over the study period to test for antibodies and other immunity markers. Participants will receive $25 for each blood draw and will be informed of their antibody test results.
- Who can participate: Individuals who identify as African American/Black or Hispanic/Latino are eligible to participate.
- Study details: Participants will answer questions about their health and COVID-19 status. Blood samples will be collected at four different times to test for antibodies and immunity markers. Participants will be compensated for each blood draw and informed of the results.
