Brief description of study.

The purpose of this registry is to assist the Diabetes Translational Research Center, IU FSPH and IUSM, in contacting individuals who are interested in participating in any new or ongoing studies being conducted at Indiana University and partnering institutions.

Detailed description of study

The purpose of this study is to create a registry that will serve as a recruitment database for future studies related to diabetes.

Participants will not be paid for their participation.

  • Age: 18 years - 100 years
  • Gender: All
