Creation of a Diabetes Registry for Future Research Participation
Brief description of study.
The purpose of this registry is to assist the Diabetes Translational Research Center, IU FSPH and IUSM, in contacting individuals who are interested in participating in any new or ongoing studies being conducted at Indiana University and partnering institutions.

The purpose of this study is to create a registry that will serve as a recruitment database for future studies related to diabetes.

The purpose of this study is to create a registry that will serve as a recruitment database for future studies related to diabetes. Diabetes is a condition where the body has trouble using sugar for energy, which can lead to high blood sugar levels.
In this study, participants will join a registry to be contacted for future diabetes-related research. This registry will help researchers find people who are interested in participating in studies about diabetes.
