The purpose of this study is to gain insight into the views of civility in the workplace, the incidence of workplace incivility, and the potential effects on workplace satisfaction.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Age: 18 years - 100 years
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the concept of civility in the workplace. Civility refers to polite and respectful behavior. The study aims to understand how often uncivil behavior occurs and how it affects satisfaction at work.

Participants will be asked about their experiences and views on civility and incivility in their workplace. The study will explore how these experiences impact their overall satisfaction with their job.

  • Who can participate: Participants must be employed adults aged 18 and over, capable of providing informed consent.
  • Study details: Participants will share their experiences and perceptions about workplace behavior through surveys or interviews.
