This study investigates the effects of an investigational medication on hormone levels in girls with premature pubarche. Premature pubarche is a condition where children develop pubic hair earlier than usual due to hormone changes. This study aims to understand if the investigational medication can improve levels of a hormone called DHEAS, which is linked to this condition.

A placebo is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medication but does not contain any active ingredients. The study will involve regular monitoring of hormone levels to assess any changes.

  • Who can participate: The study is open to girls who have been diagnosed with premature pubarche. Specific age criteria are not provided.
