Detailed description of study

The purpose of this study is, to develop a standard of care protocol using the combination of EUS, ePFT, and sEUS during one endoscopic session.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 18 years - 80 years
  • Gender: All

This study investigates a standard of care protocol using a combination of procedures called EUS, ePFT, and sEUS during one endoscopic session. EUS stands for Endoscopic Ultrasound, a procedure that uses sound waves to create images of the digestive tract. ePFT is Endoscopic Pancreatic Function Testing, which assesses the pancreas's ability to produce digestive enzymes. sEUS is Secretin-enhanced Endoscopic Ultrasound, a technique that involves using a hormone called secretin to enhance the ultrasound images.

Participants in this study will undergo a single endoscopic session where these three procedures will be combined. The study aims to determine the effectiveness and safety of using these combined procedures as a standard of care during endoscopy.

  • Who can participate: Eligibility criteria include age and key factors relevant to the study, which need to be specified.
  • Study details: Participants will undergo an endoscopic session where EUS, ePFT, and sEUS are performed together. These procedures are conducted to evaluate the digestive system's function and structure.
