This paper examines how eligibility and actual usage of federal education tax credits and tuition and fees deductions affect university choice and college pricing.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All
  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 to 65 who have been diagnosed with chronic migraines and experience at least 15 headache days per month may be eligible to participate. Other inclusion criteria include stable health conditions and no recent changes in migraine treatments.
  • Study details: Participants will receive the investigational treatment and will be required to attend regular clinic visits for assessments. They will also need to maintain a headache diary to document the frequency and intensity of migraines.
