Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Spanish

Age: 100 years or below

This study investigates how learners develop four specific Spanish sounds or sound processes. It involves two groups of learners who are at a similar level in their study of Spanish. One group participates in a study abroad program in the Dominican Republic for four weeks.
Participants will undergo various language assessments to measure their development in producing these Spanish sounds. These assessments help researchers understand the influence of immersive environments on language learning.
- Who can participate: Participants should be learners of Spanish at a similar level of study. Eligible participants must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Study details: Participants will undergo language assessments to track their progress in producing Spanish sounds, evaluating the impact of different learning environments.
