The purpose of this study is to observe if there are differences in memory, attention, visual abilities, planning, reasoning, or language abilities between adults who have hypertension and adults who do not.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: hypertension,healthy

Age: 25 years - 100 years

This study investigates the differences in cognitive functions such as memory, attention, visual abilities, planning, reasoning, and language abilities between adults with hypertension and those without. Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a condition where the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high, which can lead to various health issues.
Participants in this study will undergo assessments to measure different cognitive functions. These assessments will help researchers understand how hypertension might affect cognitive abilities in adults.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18-65 with or without a diagnosis of hypertension are eligible to participate. Key eligibility factors include no history of neurological disorders and not currently taking medications that affect cognitive function.
- Study details: Participants will complete a series of tests to evaluate their cognitive functions, including memory and reasoning skills. No placebo will be used in this study.
