The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of different spot techniques exhibited by experienced dancers in ballet turns (pirouettes).

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

This study investigates the influence of different spot techniques used by experienced dancers during ballet turns, specifically pirouettes. Spotting is a technique used by dancers to maintain balance and orientation while turning, by focusing their eyes on a fixed point.
Participants in the study will perform various spot techniques while executing pirouettes. The study will observe and analyze the effectiveness of these techniques in maintaining balance and improving the quality of the turns.
- Who can participate: Ballet dancers aged 18 and above who have proficiency in performing pirouettes are eligible to participate.
- Study details: Participants will be required to perform different spot techniques during pirouettes for the study. The effectiveness of these techniques will be observed and analyzed.
