The purpose of this study is to review data from Eskenazi Hospital and IU Health University Hospital from 1/1/04 through 1/1/14 of patients 18 and older who underwent a laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

This study investigates the outcomes of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, a type of minimally invasive surgery to remove the gallbladder, performed at Eskenazi Hospital and IU Health University Hospital. The purpose is to analyze data from patients aged 18 and older who underwent this procedure between January 1, 2004, and January 1, 2014.
Participants' medical records will be reviewed to gather information on the outcomes of their surgeries. This involves collecting data on their recovery and any complications they may have experienced following the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
