Development and internal validation of an objective scoring tool for Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship candidate screening and selection using a simplified analytic hierarchy process

This project is one that attempts to quantify the factors that go into selection of residency and fellowship candidates. This study will attempt to develop and validate an application scoring tool and an interview day scoring tool to be able to standardize the application review process for program directors.
