The purpose of this study is to understand the local context - the setting for an event, statement, or idea, and in terms of which it can be fully understood and assessed as part of the process of clinical decision making that is made as a "second opinion" for patients through a network or healthcare providers, public health experts and scientists on a closed facebook group.
