Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to determine if interactivity will mitigate fear experienced during horror media exposure. Horror media can cause fear, which is an emotional response to a perceived threat. Interactivity involves engaging with the media in a way that allows the viewer to have some control or influence over the experience.

Participants will be exposed to horror media under different conditions. Some participants will experience the media interactively, while others will not. The study will measure levels of fear experienced by participants in each condition.

  • Who can participate: Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 35. Key eligibility factors include no history of severe anxiety disorders and not being easily disturbed by horror media.
  • Study details: Participants will watch horror media and may interact with it. The study will observe how interactivity affects their fear levels. If applicable, a placebo will be an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine/vaccine but does not contain any medicine.
