The purpose of this study is to collect continuous heart rate variability during Tai Chi and Treadmill Walking.

This study investigates heart rate variability, which is a measure of the variation in time between each heartbeat, during different physical activities such as Tai Chi and Treadmill Walking. Heart rate variability can provide insights into the balance of the autonomic nervous system, which controls bodily functions like heart rate and breathing.
Participants in this study will engage in sessions of Tai Chi and Treadmill Walking while their heart rate variability is continuously monitored. This involves wearing a device that records heart rate data throughout the activities.
- Who can participate: Participants aged 18 to 65 who are healthy and able to perform physical activities such as Tai Chi and Treadmill Walking.
- Study details: Participants will perform Tai Chi and Treadmill Walking while wearing a heart rate monitor to record their heart rate variability.
