The purpose of this study is to study the effect of Islamic intermittent fasting on physical balance among Muslim adults.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

This study investigates the effect of Islamic intermittent fasting on physical balance among Muslim adults. Islamic intermittent fasting involves abstaining from food and drink from dawn until sunset, which is a practice observed during the month of Ramadan.
Participants will undergo assessments to measure their physical balance. These procedures will help researchers understand any changes in balance that may occur during and after the fasting period.
- Who can participate: Muslim adults aged 18 and over who are capable of fasting and interested in participating in a study about physical balance may be eligible.
- Study details: Participants will engage in fasting as per Islamic guidelines and will have their physical balance assessed at specified intervals. A placebo group may be included for comparison, where applicable. A placebo is a substance with no therapeutic effect used as a control in testing.
