This study investigates the collection of blood and tissue samples from patients with thymoma or thymic carcinoma. Thymoma and thymic carcinoma are types of cancer that originate from the thymus, a small organ located in the upper chest. The purpose of collecting these samples is for laboratory evaluation to better understand these conditions.

Participants in this study will undergo procedures to collect blood and tissue samples. These samples will be used for laboratory tests to help researchers learn more about the diseases. No compensation will be provided for participation.

  • Who can participate: Individuals with documented or suspected thymoma or thymic carcinoma who are able and willing to give written informed consent are eligible to participate.
  • Study details: Participants will provide blood and tissue samples for laboratory evaluation. These samples will help researchers study thymoma and thymic carcinoma.
