Brief description of study.
The purpose of this study is to use brain imaging and genetic biomarkers, cognitive and sensory testing and behavior ratings to study memory processing as it relates to aging in the brain.
Detailed description of study
We are looking for adults age 65 or older who are concerned they may have memory difficulties for participation. Participants should be without neurologic, major medical, or psychiatric conditions. The study includes an initial visit and then yearly assessments. Participation includes a physical and neurological exam, donation of a blood sample, tests to evaluate memory, as well as imaging of the brain.
Compensation is based on which study procedures are completed at each visit.

This study investigates how memory processing changes with aging by using brain imaging, genetic biomarkers, cognitive and sensory testing, and behavior ratings. The purpose is to understand how these factors relate to changes in memory as people get older.
Participants will undergo various procedures, including a physical and neurological exam, blood sample donation, memory tests, and brain imaging. These procedures help researchers gather comprehensive data on how aging affects the brain.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 65 or older who are concerned about memory difficulties can participate. They must be right-handed, fluent in English, and have completed at least 8 years of education. Participants should not have neurologic, major medical, or psychiatric conditions.
- Study details: They will have a physical and neurological exam, provide a blood sample, and undergo memory tests and brain imaging.
- Study Visits: The study requires an initial visit and yearly assessments.
