The purpose of this study is to determine if IUPUI's innovative professional development solutions grounded in critical sociocultural perspectives and pedagogy result in radical, measurable, and replicable improvements in outcomes for English Learners.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how professional development solutions, based on critical sociocultural perspectives and teaching methods, affect the outcomes for English Learners. This study aims to understand if these educational strategies can lead to significant and repeatable improvements for students learning English.

Participants in the study will engage in various professional development activities. These activities are designed to enhance teaching methods and strategies for educators working with English Learners, focusing on cultural and social aspects of learning.
