The purpose of this study is to find out more about denosumab in people with osteoporosis as a result of taking glucocorticoids.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

The purpose of this study is to investigate an investigational medication in people who have osteoporosis due to taking glucocorticoids. Osteoporosis is a condition where bones become weak and brittle. Glucocorticoids are a type of steroid medication used to treat various diseases, but they can cause bone loss.
Participants in the study will receive either the investigational medication or a placebo. A placebo is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medication but does not contain any medicine. The study will include regular monitoring of bone health and overall well-being.
