Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the effects of three investigational denture adhesives on the hold of upper dentures. The study compares these adhesives to a control product that is already available on the market. It uses a tool called gnathodynamometry, which measures the force of the bite, to assess how well the dentures stay in place over a period of time.

Participants in this study will use the investigational denture adhesives and the control product. The study will measure the effectiveness of the adhesives in keeping the dentures secure by using gnathodynamometry. This method allows researchers to evaluate the bite force and stability of the dentures.

  • Who can participate: Participants must be adults aged 18 and older who wear upper dentures. Key eligibility factors include overall good health and no known allergies to denture adhesives.
  • Study details: Participants will use both the investigational denture adhesives and a control product to assess their effectiveness. The study will involve measuring the bite force with a tool called gnathodynamometry.
