The purpose of this study is to understand how professional calling is viewed by the professionals themselves when mid-career ECE workers take time to rest and reflect on their professional lives together, using art to facilitate both the rest and the reflection.

This study investigates how mid-career Early Childhood Education (ECE) workers perceive their professional calling. The purpose is to explore their views by allowing them to take time to rest and reflect on their careers.
Participants will engage in activities that use art as a tool for rest and reflection. This approach helps them to express and evaluate their thoughts about their professional journey.
- Who can participate: Mid-career professionals working in the field of Early Childhood Education, typically aged 30-50, are eligible to participate.
- Study details: Participants will engage in art-based activities designed to facilitate rest and reflection on their professional lives.
