The purpose of this study is to assess whether teacher bashing or negative discourse about public school teachers affects the work morale of public school teachers.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether negative discourse about public school teachers affects their work morale. This study aims to understand how criticism and negative comments about teachers might influence their motivation and job satisfaction.

Participants in the study will be asked to complete surveys and participate in interviews to share their experiences and feelings about negative discourse related to their profession. These procedures will help gather information on how such discourse impacts their work environment.
