The purpose of this study is to compare bite force measurements over a 12 hour period of a currently non US marketed denture adhesive cream based on carbomer technology, with a currently US market denture aadhesive cream, and a negative/no treatment control.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Age: 100 years or below

Gender: All
The purpose of this study is to compare bite force measurements over a 12-hour period using different denture adhesive creams. This study investigates a denture adhesive cream that is not currently marketed in the US and is based on carbomer technology. It will be compared to a denture adhesive cream available in the US and a no treatment control group.
Participants in the study will have their bite force measured at various times over a 12-hour period. The study involves using different denture adhesive creams to assess their effectiveness in maintaining bite force.
- Who can participate: Participants must be adults aged 18 and older, with full upper dentures, and in good general health. Exclusion criteria include any known allergies to denture adhesives or related materials.
- Study details: Participants will use different denture adhesive creams and have their bite force measured to assess the effectiveness of these creams. The study does not include a placebo group.
- Study Timelines: The study will last 12 hours.
