The purpose of this study is to evaluate a behavioral intervention aimed at replacing sedentary behavior with light physical activity in veterans who have Fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a condition characterized by widespread pain and fatigue, often making physical activity challenging.

Participants in this study will engage in a program that encourages light physical activity instead of sedentary behavior. The study will monitor how feasible this intervention is for veterans, assessing both the physical and behavioral changes over time.

  • Who can participate: Veterans aged 18 and older diagnosed with Fibromyalgia are eligible to participate.
  • Study details: Participants will be involved in a behavioral program focusing on increasing light physical activity. The study will assess changes in behavior and physical activity levels.
