The purpose of this study is to explore the processes involved in the establishment and maintenance of interprofessional communication in the operating room to gain a better understanding of how communication patterns develop.

The purpose of this study is to explore the processes involved in the establishment and maintenance of interprofessional communication in the operating room to gain a better understanding of how communication patterns develop.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the processes involved in establishing and maintaining communication among different professionals in the operating room. Interprofessional communication refers to the way doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff talk and work together during surgeries.

The study involves observing and analyzing communication patterns to understand how these interactions develop and are sustained over time. Participants will not be required to undergo any procedures themselves.

  • Who can participate: Healthcare professionals working in the operating room, including doctors, nurses, and surgical staff, can participate.
  • Study details: Participants will be observed during their regular duties in the operating room to gather data on communication patterns.
