The purpose of this study is to evaluate the survival rate of implants placed and associated with risk factors relative to the implant failure from patients who received treatment from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012 in the Department of Graduate Periodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the survival rate of implants placed and associated with risk factors relative to the implant failure from patients who received treatment from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012 in the Department of Graduate Periodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
