This study compares the efficacy (adherence and stage) of four interventions to promote colorectal (CRC) and breast cancer (BC) screenings among women ages 50 to 75.

Detailed description of study

This study addresses innovative approaches to increase adherence to screening tests for colorectal and breast cancer - two cancers that have the greatest impact on female cancer mortality in the United States.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: breast cancer,colorectal cancer
  • Age: 50 years - 75 years
  • Gender: Female

This study investigates ways to encourage women to get screened for colorectal and breast cancer. Colorectal cancer affects the colon or rectum, and breast cancer forms in the cells of the breasts. The study focuses on women aged 50 to 75, as screenings can help find these cancers early.

Participants in the study will be assigned to one of four different study arms, each testing a different method to increase screening rates. These methods aim to find effective strategies to ensure more women complete their cancer screenings.
