Outcomes and radiographic findings for patients with unclassified renal cell carcinoma
Investigating Outcomes After Surgery for Renal Cell Carcinoma
Brief description of study.
The purpose of this study is to observe outcomes in terms of recurrence and overall survival of patients who have undergone surgical resection for unclassified renal cell carcinoma compared to a matched cohort of patients who have undergone surgical resection for clear cell renal cell carcinoma.

Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: renal cell carcinoma, kidney cancer
-
Age: 100 years or below
-
Gender: All
This study investigates the outcomes of patients who have had surgery to remove unclassified renal cell carcinoma. Renal cell carcinoma is a type of kidney cancer. The study compares these patients to those who had surgery for clear cell renal cell carcinoma, which is another type of kidney cancer.
Participants will have their health monitored to see if the cancer comes back and to track their overall survival. This involves regular check-ups and possibly imaging tests to observe any changes in health status.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older who have undergone surgery for renal cell carcinoma are eligible. Key eligibility factors include having a diagnosis of unclassified or clear cell renal cell carcinoma and having completed surgical treatment.
- Study details: Participants will be monitored for recurrence of cancer and overall survival after surgery. Monitoring may include regular check-ups and imaging tests.
