Brief description of study.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical performance of an investigational contact lens (Study Lens), which may be compared to a soft contact lens that is cleared by the FDA for commercial distribution or a different investigational contact lens (Control Lens).

Detailed description of study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the on-eye clinical performance of various soft contact lenses following short wear periods within the course of a day.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 18 years - 100 years
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical performance of an investigational contact lens. This study investigates how well these lenses work when compared to a soft contact lens that is already approved by the FDA or another investigational contact lens. The study aims to understand how these lenses perform when worn on the eye during short periods within a day.

Participants in the study will wear different types of soft contact lenses for short periods. The study will measure how the lenses perform on the eye, which involves assessing comfort, vision clarity, and any eye health effects. These procedures help researchers understand the effectiveness and safety of the investigational lenses.

  • Who can participate: Eligible participants are typically adults who require vision correction and are regular users of contact lenses. Specific age criteria and other eligibility factors will be determined by the study protocol.
  • Study details: Participants will be required to wear different types of contact lenses for short periods during the study. The study will assess the performance of these lenses without the use of a placebo lens.
