Brief description of study.

The purpose of the study is to develop a prospective pituitary tumor database documenting a) treatments received, b) outcomes of treatments received and c) complications associated with treatment and to assess the impact of pituitary tumors and pituitary tumor targeted treatment on quality of life using validated surveys.
