Method Comparison of cobas m 511 integrated hematology analyzer vs. the LH 780 and DxH 800
Study on Blood Test Result Comparison
Brief description of study.
Thte purpose of this study is to establish documented evidence that complete blood count (CBC), white blood cell differential (WBC differential) and reticulocyte enumeration results produced by the cobas m 511 integrated hematology analyzer (cobas m 511 system) from residual whole blood samples are similar to those produced by the Beckman Coulter UniCel DxH 800 Cellular Analysis System (DxH 800) and Beckman Coulter COULTER LH 780 Hematology Analyzer (LH 780) systems from the same samples.

Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Healthy
-
Age: 100 years or below
-
Gender: All
This study investigates the accuracy of blood test results using different machines. The purpose is to see if the results from the cobas m 511 hematology analyzer are similar to those from other machines. A complete blood count (CBC) checks the levels of different cells in your blood. White blood cell differential (WBC differential) counts the different types of white blood cells. Reticulocyte enumeration measures young red blood cells.
Participants will have blood samples taken and tested using different machines. These machines include the cobas m 511, Beckman Coulter UniCel DxH 800, and Beckman Coulter COULTER LH 780. The study aims to compare the results from these machines to ensure they are similar.
- Who can participate: Participants must be adults aged 18 and above. Key eligibility factors include being generally healthy and not currently undergoing treatment for blood disorders.
- Study details: Participants will provide blood samples for testing. These samples will be analyzed using different machines to compare results.
